Honestly we were hesitant in calling them after reading these bad reviews.
This is Not the only bad experience I had with Bow Plumbing. After 3 years, the SuperStor Water Heater developed a small leak. I called B.P.&H. and the owner, Bob came over to check it out. He looked at it very briefly and stated that it has a lifetime warranty and that he was going to call it a replacement. He promptly went up the basement stairs and in a few hours I had a new SuperStor Tank. Two and a half weeks later the new tank was leaking worse than the old one. Here comes his son to reinspect the new leak, upon arriving in my driveway he pulled down the cable wire to my house with his truck knocking out my internet service all week. Not a small inconvenience since I earn my living from home and need internet to conduct my business. He did not show too much concern for MY PROBLEM. He did discover that the SuperStor Tank was leaking around the thermostat connection when he spoke with the distributor on the phone, seems it's a common problem on these tanks. I was billed for $550. for the installation on the SuperStor Tank. Never was it mentioned that I would be charged for the installation. All I was told was " It has a lifetime warranty, I'm going to call it a replacement". I feel like I was mislead. Just glad I know not to use them in the future for ANYTHING!!!

I had a complete heat system installed in my house with a new Weil-McLain Oil-Fired Water Boiler along with a Superstor Ultra Indirect Water Heater with new baseboard radiators thru the entire house. I went with Bow Plumbing even though they were quite a bit more money than other estimates that I had gotten, I thought they were a reputable and competent company, BUT as I have found out the hard way they are anything BUT. First, let me say that the boiler has always been very loud especially when it first fires up. I questioned this and was told that it was normal. I had Bow Plumbing service it every year since they installed it several years ago. It always sounded loud and very rough firing. Well, today I had my boiler serviced from my oil company provider and immediately he said that it was way out of adjustment and that it was misfiring and not running efficiently. I could not believe how quiet the boiler starts and runs. OMG, what a difference! It never ran this smooth from day one that Bow Plumbing installed it. I'm thrilled that I switched to someone who is competent at what he does. I am very upset though at the thought of the damage that way have occurred with the boiler running the way it was for years, not to mention the poor efficiency.
However, we were offered prompt service at a decent price. I'm a savvy Internet shopper and know how much what costs etc, so I knew the part cost..
