Recently something went wrong with it. My husband called them because the garage we took the van to stated the dealership needed to look at it for a warranty issue.

My boyfriend and I worked with Charlie twice in the last 6 months. Although we didn't end up buying a car from Grappone (I decided to postpone for a few years, boyfriend bought a used vehicle that he had to travel far to get what he wanted) we had a great experience. Charlie is always smiling, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He asked when he could follow up and did as we agreed. No hassle, no pressure. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

No pressure sales. Price is set and no haggling needed. Employees don't work on just commissions. All cars are serviced at Grappone. Probably the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Very well run business!!

Overall, very happy with them.

Fast forward to 2015, they had the car I needed for my family. I gave them another shot.

She did some digging and found there was more than the original warranty we were told about, there was a recall on the part we were having the issue with.

I couldn't reach Sherrill and was given to Kaitlyn in Payroll. Left her a message and she got back to us really quick.

So back in 2005 I bought a car from Grappone, had a terrible experience with them and their service department. Swore to never buy again.

When we got it home, it was smoking, so my husband called. There was an issue, so they had us bring it back and gave us a loaner. Wayne was great as well.

I have to say, I am always weary of dealerships but Grappone has really turned themselves around from my last experience.

Robert Cummings was one of the best sales representatives we have ever met, regardless of industry. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and great with our two small children. Anyone looking for a car in the area should definitely go see Rob. :)

Sherrill sold me the car, she was great. She follows up with me from time to time as well.

I worked with Rob Cummings and the entire experience was AMAZING! He was so helpful in the buying process and it was wonderful to hear from him after purchasing my truck 6 months ago. I love the no-pressure environment and I left very happy instead of feeling as though I had been raked over the coals. THANK YOU ROB!! He deserves a raise... :)

I would recommend using them. We are very thankful for their help.
